Mockup / Screenshot Framer — Turn Plain Screenshots Into Polished Visuals

Drop a screenshot and watch it transformed into a beautiful mockup with a browser window frame, gradient background, soft shadow and rounded corners — the kind of visual you see all over X, LinkedIn and product launch pages. Tweak every parameter and export a high-resolution PNG. Everything is composed live with HTML Canvas in your browser.

What you can do with it

  • Browser frame: wrap your screenshot in a realistic macOS-style window with traffic-light buttons and a URL bar (light or dark mode)
  • Phone frame: show app screenshots inside a clean phone bezel with a notch and home indicator
  • No frame: just rounded corners + shadow + background, for clean product shots
  • 12 gradient backgrounds: from soft pastels to bold dark tones
  • Padding, corner radius and shadow: three sliders to fine-tune the composition
  • Custom URL bar text: show your real domain in the browser frame
  • PNG export: high-resolution, transparent-friendly output ready to share

Perfect for

  • Social media posts (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads) that need to stand out in the feed
  • Product launch pages and landing-page hero images
  • Documentation and tutorials where flat screenshots feel dull
  • Portfolios and case studies where presentation matters
  • Newsletter banners and email hero images

How it works

The image is composed entirely on an HTML <canvas>: the gradient background, the rounded clipping mask, the macOS-style browser chrome with traffic-light buttons and URL pill, the drop shadow, and your screenshot drawn on top — all assembled mathematically in pixels. The result is a single PNG file you can download and use anywhere.

Tips

  • For social posts, generous padding (80–120 px) and a strong gradient look best
  • Use the dark browser bar for night-mode screenshots
  • The phone frame works best with portrait-oriented screenshots (mobile apps)
  • Add a real shadow but keep it subtle — 25 to 40 on the slider is usually ideal

Privacy

Your screenshot never leaves your device. All composition and export happen locally — nothing is uploaded.
